Job description

• Experience in management of projects and leading a team of Engineers. This includes Planning,
engineering, inspection of equipment, installation, testing and commissioning, turnover & post
project documentation
• Possess rich experience of installing and commissioning Electrical Equipment of latest technologies and all leading manufacturers
• End to end project management for erection and commissioning of new equipment to ensure reliability, safety & productivity
• Coordinating turnover process including coordinating with contractors, construction supervisors and document control
• Managing the maintenance services of all electrical equipment & utilities and enhancing efficiency and utilization during post commissioning period
• Managing the manpower and ensuring high levels of motivation and harmony
• Producing & Maintaining the quality related documentation and compliance with quality standards like ISO, ANSI, IEC, IEEE, JES, etc.
Checking various systems for Electrical compliance to Mechanical Completion
• Actively lead the team for trouble shooting involving root cause analysis and derived solutions to render permanent solutions
• Successful in working with and leading multi ethnic, multi linguistic and multinational work force to achieve set targets as per schedule.
