Sales Representative for Azerbaijan region (freelancer)

Objectives:

The Sales Rep will develop and will foster the relationship between Company and Trade and Project Clients in Azerbaijan region.
He will link Project and Trade customers when it comes to commercial offering.
He will use his understanding of the local traditions and specifics of Project business to further improve Company’s position, brand perception and market share in this segment.
His main goal is to consult decision makers, architects, designers and developers, thus developing Company’s position as partner of choice.
He will continue a development of network of POS with Company products.
He will search for new dealers and distribute partners on market of Azerbaijan and Georgia (in future)
Collect information about market shape, competition situation
Assist for Technical trainer in seminars and training preparation.
International and local Fairs and Exhibitions.
Analysis and preparation for Company participations as well.
Tasks:

 Customers:

- Acquisition and maintaining trade and project clients, customers
- Categorizing the clients according to potential and
decision making power
- Build up Customer Database for Project Clients in territory (CRM)
- Determining frequency of contact
- Support deciders in Specification Process
o Provide Submittal Documents
o Coordinate with regional dealer and wholesaler to
provide commercial offers
- Ensure clients are equipped with latest marketing collateral
- Define needs of customers and inform management about the
market specific requirements
- Preparation of documentation for Tenders and contest
- Implement participation of Company in markets and POS
- Sales control
- Seminars and training organisation

 Product:

- Launch new products
o Provide Samples and Marketing Collateral
o Define the product gaps in the assortment and put requirements forward to management
- Ensure dealers and wholesalers submit the matching complementary products as a whole package offer

 Marketing:

- Provide input in Marketing Plans
- Coordinate activities with the Regional Marketing Manager
- Support organisation of and take part in / carry out Events to
build and maintain relationships

 Projects:

- Screen Project market
o Volume of Project
o Type of Project (Hotel, Residential, etc)
o Number of bathrooms
o Price Tiers
- Follow up with involved parties and decision makers
- Inform Management about Market Potential
- Create link between wholesalers and Investors, when it comes to the commercial offer
- Support the International Project organisation & strategy

 Database:

- Build up Project and Customer Database for the territory
- Evaluate and categorize the Clients according to their potential.
- Establish contact maps according to their potential (Nr. of Visits, Nr. of Mailers, Nr. of eMailers,…)

 Market:

- Observe the market and benchmark competition on products, pries, marketing tools etc.


Key Performance indicators (KPI):

- Sales Growth by brands in Project segment
- Sales Growth by brands in Retail and Wholesales
- Contribution margin by brands in Project segment
- Number of projects (& project clients) acquired & executed
- International Projects in Territory


Organisational Structure:

- Person will be based in Azerbaijan, city Baku, operating under responsibility of Fuad Safiyev and reporting to HG Office in Kazakhstan.
- The person will representative trade channel and will report to the Director of Company Kazakhstan.

Candidate Profile:

Nationality: - Azerbaijan

Languages: - Local, Russian, English

Prof. Background  - Experience in Construction business or
 - Experience in bathroom industry (wholesale business)

Compensation Package:

- For the first three month:   600 AZN / fixed salary
- After three month variable (annual): 800 AZN +  200 for Mobile phone

- fees compensation and Car fuel support
- Travel expenses compensation ( including Tickets, Hotel accommodations)
