Country Director

YOUR ROLE
 
In the role of CD Azerbaijan, you will lead a truly dynamic team and be responsible for driving the the sales in our Azerbaijan market.
 
You will be responsible for your own P&L and lead a team which will focus on developing and sustaining sales grown in one of Company’s most potential markets in the area. You will also be the pivotal person when it comes to supporting, challenging and developing our key Leaders in the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 
• Lead, motivate, develop and inspire the whole local organization and external sales consultants and live Company values
• Manage, lead and inspire the entire sales company organization
• Develop a force of sales consultants, communicate closely and maintain their ability to fully utilise the Company opportunity by:
• playing an active role in the formal meeting structure
• holding frequent individual meetings with leaders
• creating quick response conditions within the company
• Support the activities of area sales managers and coach them to success by being together with them on the field
• Build a strong Company brand on the local market
• Perform the company’s profit/loss, budgeting and sales forecast
• Ensure timely and correct reporting by all departments to headquarters
• Develop a force of Sales Consultants and their ability to fully understand and utilise Company’s values and opportunity
• Maintain growth in sales and recruiting at least equal, or above, the yearly budget target
• Implement marketing plans to develop the Company brand in the local market
• Represent Company in the media
• Focus on successful catalogue and campaign implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• A charismatic self-motivated, flexible and result oriented person with strong ability to influence
• Extrovert, people’s person with excellent communication skills and likeably persuasive
• 5-7 years managerial experience, with P&L responsibility
• eCommerce knowledge, Social Media selling knowledge is a plus
• DS / MLM knowledge from Sales position or external supplier side (like media agency) a bonus
• Strong leader, capable of inspiring others and making them follow him/her
• High energy with street-wise personality who has resilient nature
• Down-to-earth person willing to work hands-on on operational tasks and to coach and develop his/her team into their areas
• Strong committment to results and high achievements with eye for detail
• Empathetic listener, energetic and charismatic with a strong sense of responsibility
• Creative, agile, interested in testing and trying new ways for doing business
• Fluent English. Russian is a plus.
• University degree, probably with focus on Economics, marketing, digital media, MBA is a benefit
