- High level of written and verbal English, and Azerbaijani language skills (Russian is preferable);
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- High level of social and interpersonal skills;

- Experience in office manager/receptionist position.
- Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions;
- Organize office operations and procedures;
- Control correspondences, e-mails and calls;
- Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups.
