Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mine Engineering or Geological Engineering.
• Exceptional organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• An ability and desire to travel and work in different locations.

Job responsibilities include, not limited to:

• Preparing and overseeing the development and maintenance of long and short term mine plans and mine designs.
• Planning, recommending and coordinating mining process, type and capacity of haulage equipment, such as power shovels and trucks, and labor utilization and daily development reporting.
• Designing of pit, waste rock dump, road etc.
• Daily and monthly ore and mine production controlling and reporting.
• Monthly reconciling weighbridge tonnage with mine production volumes and with stockpile/waste rock dump volume and reporting.
• Control to drill-blast work: drill-blast pattern and explosive charging etc. designing and realizing blasting in the mine and preparing drill-blast report.
• Ascertaining extraction risks.
• Ensuring that operations and equipment comply with health and safety requirements.
• Using specialist mining softwares to activate daily mining works and to maximize planning and production. Softwares: Surpac, AutoCAD etc.
