Job responsibilities:

- Prepare accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports, to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards defined within the department;
- Preparing commercial and tax invoices to customers;
- Preparing of bank transfer request to overseas, local payment orders, exchange order & letters to bank;
- Calculation of overtime & holiday payment against timesheets - once in a month;
- Account reconcilement of (AZN, EUR, GBR, USD) bank accounts;
- Entering transactions for local balance -1 C program for the above job
- Cash accounting;
- Preparing statement of accounts for customer;
- Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports;
- Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations;
- Prepare accurate work papers, schedules, and reconciliations for audit purposes;

Essential Job Requirements and Skills:

- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or a similar field;
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting, economics, finance, audit experience in the field;
- Computer skills - MS office, 1C 7.7, 8.2, 8.3;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English. Russian is an asset;
