Reporting to: Senior Business Analyst
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administation
• 2-4 years previous work experience in a similar field
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Proven analytical background
• Fluent in English
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborating and strategizing with engineering, customer support and marketing teams in product development activities.
• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Performing benchmarketing, swot and competitive market analysis, and recommending
• Analyzing all customer requirements and industry trends and develop new product development programs.
• product enhancements and updates regularly to identify new business opportunities.
• Scoping and prioritizing activities, tasks and projects based on business and customer impact
• Performing and preparing requirements and business case analysis for product management&development activities
• Determining and developing user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability and customer satisfaction
• Assisting and planning in new product introduction and release activities.
• Performing and assisting in User Acceptance testing and life cycle management activities, and reporting any necessary change requests and bug fixing requests to enginering teams
• Monitoring all aspects of a product lifecycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing.
Preparing and analyzing reports about product &campaign insights regularly, and providing insight to stakeholders on the product and market
Working hours: Monday- Friday ( 10:00 - 18:00)
