Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer or a relevant position in IT
• Participating in big software projects is a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Fully read and understand product specifications and documentation
• Prepare and keep updated detailed, comprehensive and well structured Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Data in close collaboration with Software Developers, Business/System Analysts, and other team members
• Maximally automate the testing process using automation tools/scripts
• Perform automatic and manual testing of software and hardware packages
• Identify, record, document and track bugs
• Prepare Test Reports, Quality Metrics, and other relevant documentation
• Follow and validate bugfixes
• Constantly try to extend test coverage area by adapting new testing strategies, technics, and tools
• Suggest improvements to testability, usability, and efficiency of the system and processes
• Strong writing/documenting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communications skills
• Strong team player and open to collaborations

Qualifications

• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Apium, etc
• Experience with bug tracking tools, preferably Jira
• Experience with databases, SQL and scripting languages
• Experience with CI/CD, Microservices is a plus
• Familiarity with programming languages, frameworks, preferably C#, Javascript, React, etc

• Azerbaijani – advanced
• English – advanced
• Russian – advanced
