McDonald’s Azerbaijan CJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Office Manager.

Requirement qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Team spirit; Solid understanding of filing systems
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- A strong work ethic
- Integrity and professionalism.

Preferred qualifications:

- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Expected to work under pressure and overtime if required.

Job requirements:

- Answering phone calls, taking messages or forwarding calls to appropriate staff member.
- Reviewing outgoing correspondence for grammar, correctness and completeness, and ensures that required documents are attached.
- Incoming and outgoing mail handling. Reviewing, sorting and distribute the mail to the respective recipients.
- Arranging meetings and coordinating conference room schedules. Prior to meetings, gathering background materials if required and setting up the meeting venue.
- Performing documentation works, both electronic and paper. When requested, searching for and compile requested material from the databases.

Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian, English
