Vəzifə: Smetaçı mühəndis

Əsas vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

- Tender paketini (çertyojları, spesifikasiyanı, işin təyinatını, Smetanı (BOQ)) incələyir,
- Material və İşçilik siyahisini hazırlayır (texniki xarakteristika nəzərə almaqla)
- Texnika, avadanlıq və layihə üzrə digər resursları hazırlayır
- Tikint maliyyətini (büdcəni) hesablayır
- Tikinti maliyyətinin müvafiq xərc kodları əsasında kodlaşdırır

Namizədə dair tələblər:

- Müvafiq sahədə Ali təhsil (İnşaat fakultəsi/ İnşaat mühəndisi)
- Smetaçı Mühəndis olaraq 5 (beş) il iş təcrübəsi (Tikinti şirkətlərində iş təcrübəsi üstünlük təşkil edəcək)
- Dil bilikləri: ingilis və rus dilini bilənlərə üstünlük verilir
- Kompüter bilikləri: MS Office (əla), Autocad və s. proqramlar
- Məsuliyyətlik, düzgünlük, işdə dəqiqlik, komandada işləmək bacarığı kimi müsbət göstəricilərə sahib olmaq

İş şərtləri:

- Bazar ertəsi – Cümə: 8:30 - 17:30, Şənbə : 10.00 – 16.00
- Əmək haqqının miqdarı namizədin malik olduğu bacarıq və biliklərə görə dəyişir
- Korporativ nömrə

Position: Cost Engineer

Key responsibilities:

- Examines the tender package (drawings, specifications, purpose of work, estimate (BOQ)),
- Prepares Material and Work List (taking into account technical characteristics)
- Develops machinery, equipment and other resources for the project
- Calculates the construction cost (budget)
- Codes the construction cost based on the relevant cost codes

Requirements for the candidate:

- Higher education in the relevant field (Faculty of Civil Engineering / Civil Engineer)
- 5 (five) years of work experience as cost engineer (work experience in construction companies will be preferred)
- Language skills: English and Russian are preferred
- Computer skills: MS Office (excellent), Autocad, etc. applications
- To have positive indicators such as responsibility, accuracy, punctuality, ability to work in a team

Working conditions:

- Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 17:30, Saturday: 10.00 - 16.00
- The amount of salary varies depending on the skills and knowledge of the candidate
