Qualifications:

• Candidate must hold bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university
• Speaking/reading/writing English, and Azerbaijani is required; Russian is preferable
• Minimum one-year experience as a Digital Manager;
• Deep knowledge of video advertising, paid social, paid search buys, and display advertising (Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other online platforms);
• Experience in using Google Analytics;
• Good understanding of key digital KPIs;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
• Ability to work in a team and independently;
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day responsibilities on several online accounts;
• Develop, implement and manage clients’ online campaigns;
• Define most important digital media KPIs;
• Measure the success of every digital media campaign;
• Report actionable insights and recommendations clearly and concisely;
• Stay up to date with latest digital best practices and technologies/ tools;
• Be responsible for online media planning, implementation, optimization and reporting;
• Collaborate with Strategy and Activation Teams;

Conditions:

• Salary will be discussed upon interview
• Schedule of work: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 18:00;
