Business process specialist

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current business procedures;
• Participate in designing and implementing new business procedures;
• Participate in creating documentation for the procedures;
• Organize, manage and enforce new business procedures in the company;
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the procedures;
• Regular monitoring and analysis of the procedures to improve or maintain efficiency.

Job-specific skills:

• Abilities in planning, prioritizing and organizing work effectively within a team;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and make critical decisions.
• Leadership skills to make changes and enforce new rules;
• Analytical mindset;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Willingness to learn and try new methods;
• Perseverance and responsibility, ability to productively carry out routine work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Industrial engineering, Finance, Mathematics or a relevant field is preferred;
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
