Nature and scope of Main accountabilities

• Ensure territory sales in hospitals, departmental and private medical centers
• Analyze and diagnose territory
• Analyze execution of territory plan of the cycle and make review of the action plans
• Monitor trading, auctions, bargains and supplies on the territory
• Conduct customer contacts according to sales strategy and plan
• Register customer contacts in SELAS daily
• Develop and Execute according to marketing strategy
• Work out and implement social projects (together with FSM)
• Check and support data base of clients
• Submit financial, sales, analytical and other relevant reports to sales supervisor timely
• Collect information about competitor’s activity on territory
• Monitor changes in HC system, pharmaceutical market on territory
• Improve knowledge of Novo Nordisk’s products and products of the competitors
• Control expenses within agreed budget
• Work according to Business Ethics procedures
• Work according local law, NNWay and NN policies, quality standards & guidelines

Qualifications

• High pharmaceutical or medical education
• Min 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical market and 1 year of key account management
• Knowledge of the Azerbaijan pharmaceutical market
• Knowledge of the current pharmaceutical/diabetes market situation is preferable
• Command of English and Russian would be an advantage
• Experienced MS Office user
