Head of Economic Planning and Cost Optimisation Department
Reporting to: Chief Finance and Economic Officer
Experience:
- At least 5 (five) years .
- Experience in the use of qualitative and quantitative (financial/investment) analytical techniques.
Education:
- Higher education.
Skills:
- Computer programmes and fluent English;
- Strong logical, analytic and creative thinking abilities.
Must have knowledge of:
1) Azerbaijan Republic legislation related to the scope of activity, applied standards and internal normative documents;
2) Internal rules of labour discipline and;
3) Labour safety, safety technique, production sanitary norms and rules;
4) Fundamentals of labour organization;
5) Business ethic code;
Key work functions:
1) To organization economic activity of the enterprise;
2) To guarantee strict compliance with the material, service and financial regime in the industrial and economic activity of the enterprise;
3) To conduct comparative analysis of budget versus expenditures of the company and reporting to top management;
4) To conduct economic analysis and apply the best practice;
5) To prepare proposals for improving the economic performance of the company;
6) To run timely execution of tasks by supervisor;
7) To run the processes and procedures according to the company values and speak up when any non-conformities occur.
8) To fulfill the relevant to the job description tasks assigned by the manager;
