Position – Warehouse/Logistics/Quality Control Supervisor
Job Description
Complete the following tasks and complete reporting as required by management.
Warehousing –
1) Supervise a staff of 3 persons in completing receipt and dispatch of oilfield products.
2) Maintain accurate inventory count of company owned and client owned products.
3) Complete the necessary documentation for goods received and issued for company owned and client owned products.
4) Maintain warehouse facility to required standard.
Logistics –
1) Coordinate the shipment of goods from abroad with Freight Forwarder.
2) Coordinate the shipment of client owned products to client facilities.
3) Complete necessary documentation for the movement of products.
Quality Control –
1) Execute and document the necessary quality control checks.
2) Report and quarantine items which fail quality control checks.
