Construction Manager

• Overseeing and directing construction project from conception to completion
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule delivery and estimate costs
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Prepare tender packages for the anticipated works
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Review work progress on daily basis
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
• Ensure quality construction standards and use of proper construction techniques

Qualification

• Relevant degree (Civil Engineering)
• Proven experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Location: Baku
• Negotiable salary
