Our company is currently in a search for a candidate to fill Marketing Manager position.

Main responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to the following:

• Establishes positioning, identifies target audiences, and develops marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Leads the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
• Analyzes customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Gathers customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increases customer conversions, and generates more qualified leads
• Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
