IT GRUP SRL was founded in 2000 in Romania and since then was involved in major local and regional projects for Downstream industry. The branch of IT Grup SRL started its operations in Azerbaijan since October 2019.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative System Analyst who wants to be part of challenging new and ongoing projects using the latest technologies

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or a relevant position in IT
• Participating in big software projects is a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Analyzes functional and non-functional requirements of the system by communicating with clients and evaluating existing processes and procedures
• Develops the solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions in collaboration with System Architect and other team members
• Prepares Software Requirements Specifications, Software Design Documents, User Manuals, Use Cases, UML Diagrams and other required documents
• Controls solution implementation by coordinating production with software developers and quality assurance engineers
• Validates results by conducting acceptance tests
• Conducts trainings of client personnel and provides initial support
• Takes part in establishing and improving of business processes and standards related to his/her work with System Architect and other team members
• Ensures established standards and processes are followed in projects
• Timely reports on work progress and issues to Project Manager and System Architect

Qualifications

• Software architecture and design principles
• API design standards and principles
• UML
• Design patterns
• Database design principles and best practices
• Strong writing/documenting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communications skills
• Strong team player and open to collaborations
• Familiarity with some programming languages, databases and frameworks, preferably C#, Javascript, React, SQL Server etc
