Location: Onsite
Department: Operations Support Services
Objective: Provision of qualitative maintenance and repair services to all hydraulic facilities and equipment on the platform.
Key responsibilities:
To safely carry out work functions in the main area of operations and in case of necessity including vessels, wagons, shores and all areas where the company operates;
To select and prepare resources to be used in accordance with the form and methods of the operation;
To select appropriate work clothes, individual protective equipment and to use them accordingly;
To place the warning signs and boards in accordance with the instructions and to protect them during work;
To select and prepare the control and inspection facilities, according to the assigned operation;
To prepare the hydraulic system for the installation;
To carry out mechanical inspection of hydraulic pumps, valves, hydraulic cylinders and engines used in the system;
To carry out mounting and testing of hydraulic systems;
To check the system according to the test procedure and to keep appropriate records;
To carry out technical maintenance of hydraulic systems in accordance with the technical instructions of the equipment and internal procedures;
To carry out repair works of hydraulic systems, to substitute the parts and items, which are out of the order and finished working hours, on the basis of technological rules;
To carry out the repair and testing of the equipment according to the relevant maintenance instructions;
To check the working status of the equipment and its post-repair condition, as well as to participate in the acquisition of new equipment;
Required Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:
Education: Relevant specialised vocational education or high school education combined with relevant job experience;
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience;
Understanding of hydraulic systems and circuits.
