Blue Planet Distribution LLC is a privately owned Azerbaijan retail company headquartered in Baku with primary divisions focused in the areas of sports and luxury retail. It was founded in 2014.
Since 2014 Blue Planet Distribution LLC holds the master franchise licenses for GO SPORT, COURIR and SKECHERS for the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the nationwide leading specialty retailer of all sports and sport lifestyle related apparel, footwear and accessories.
Since 2016 Blue Planet Distribution LLC holds the master franchise licenses for luxury brands such as AVENUE, BRUNELLO CUCINELLI, CESARE ATTOLINI, DOLGE & GABBANA, TOM FORD MAN, TIFFANY &Co., BVLGARI, CELINE, VALENTINO for the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and runs multi-brand luxury stores.
We have open vacancy - Stock Control Specialist
Main duties:
• Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards
• Ensure regulation of in-stock level complies with inventory parameters. Informing procurement team about missing/extra goods from shipments.
• Importing goods information, received invoice and prices to system.
• Checking transfers in system between objects (if any problem found, correcting it after discussing with supplier object responsible person and receiver object (responsible person).
• Coordinating the disposition of obsolete inventory and performing other duties as required
• Preparing revision results of stores.
• Correcting any problem in stores according to goods:
Rest, No Systems: checking by system, find out reason and inform finance team for adjustment
Condition, Damaged, expired: checking physically, find out reason of damage and send to confirmation of
Specification, incorrect size, subgroup or etc. in system: correcting in system
Prices, same good with different price: correcting after confirmation of Retail Director.
• Preparing rest report once in a week for marketing team and others who requests.
• Providing sold &rest for pre-sales and on sales period and adding list of goods for discount campaigns to system.
• Able to take direction well and work under tight deadlines
Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Written and oral communication skills in Azeri, Russian and English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Diplomas and certificates / certificates on economic/ trade profile (desirable)
• 3 years of experience in this sphere
• Analytical attitude of mind, ability to forecast, organizational skills.
