Deniz Service LLC is seeking for motivated people to fill the position of Sales and Logistic Specialist
Major accountabilities
• Process requisitions, select and purchase required goods
• Liaise, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers for best pricing, delivery and payment terms
• Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, internal and external parties to arrange transportation, warehousing and delivery of goods
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate system for monitoring all open orders
• Manage and resolve any issues with existing suppliers related to service performance or other issues such as invoice discrepancy.
Deliver daily reports to management
• Perform all other related tasks as may be assigned by management
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma confirming higher education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics
• Proactive and able to work independently in a highly multi-cultural and multi-task environment
• Professional proficiency in English and Russian, both written and verbal
• Capable to manage deadlines and priorities
