Offshore Maintenance Supervisor/ Dənizdə Texniki Xidmət Rəhbəri

Offshore Maintenance Supervisor is accountable & responsible for the safe and efficient performing of planned, condition based and reactive maintenance in accordance with maintenance procedures and standards at SOCAR-AQS offshore sites.

Key responsibilities:

 Provide all discipline (Mech/Elect/Inst/Electr) support for rig maintenance personnel throughout SOCAR AQS operations.
 Liaise with Drilling Operations (onshore & offshore) and designated Rig Manager to ensure maintenance activities are planned and coordinated effectively.
 Carry out weekly audits of all planned Maintenance Routines completed by technical personnel offshore for all existing and new equipment within relevant Maintenance Management System.
 Responsible for the receipt of and ensuring that all material goods and equipment are correct and fit for purpose
 Have direct input to any shutdown or planned stoppage, develop plans and engage with relevant Maintenance Superintendent / Rig Manager as and when required. Including both Shut down & Maintenance work scopes.
 Assist with the onshore and offshore maintenance teams engagement in lateral learning and lessons learned bulletins.
 Responsible for the completion and control / implementation of start-up documentation and transfer between Ops and Maintenance.

Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:

 University degree preferably in engineering
 Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with offshore maintenance;
 Minimum 2 years of experience in managing personnel is preffered;
 Good knowledge of one of the following disciplines: Electrical, Electronics/Instumentation or Mechanical;
 Experience using CMMS (computerised Maintenance Management Systems) eg - SAP or Maximo;
 Understand and be aware of offshore well control requirements and equipment;
 Good communications skills;
 Good English Language skills both written and werbal.
