We are currently looking for Food & Beverage Manager to join Sinteks Group of Companies.
Purpose of the Job:
• The purpose of this position is to develop Food and Beverage business within the Company; ensure establishment and maintaining of high level of services and quality; effective management of F&B staff, ensure high guest satisfaction and targeted sales results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all F&B Projects in timely manner and according to deadlines
• Effectively recruiting required personnel and ensure that team are managed properly
• Establish right motivational system for staff
• Supervision of product quality, and assure effective and timely orders
• Preparation and analyzing of sales statistics
• Being responsible for sales increase
• Manage quality and consistency of menu, as well as preparation and delivery processes to customers
• Ensure that all sales data are filled into a Database
• Control wastage and cash loss
Person Specification:
Experience:
Essential:
• Minimum 3-5 years` experience in Food & Beverage management
• At least 1-2 years` experience in a senior position
• Proven experience in team management
Desirable:
• International experience in F&B sphere
Qualifications / Education:
Essential:
• Higher Education
Knowledge:
• Restaurant management
Work Skills:
• Fluency in Azeri, English and Russian
• Knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Excellent business communication skills
• Organizational and leadership skills
