Azericard is the first Processing Centre in the Republic of Azerbaijan, completely certified by International Payment Systems: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay and JCB. We are looking for a Personal assistant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Comprehensive diary management, including internal and external meetings, formal and informal engagements and keeping up to date with all new activities;
• Preparing meeting requirements, taking minutes and following up on actions;
• Scheduling appointments and providing necessary information to CEO;
• Answering and placing telephone calls, routing calls to appropriate persons;
• Greeting visitors, ascertaining nature of business and directing visitors to employer or appropriate persons;
• Performing other secretarial and administrative duties;
• Reading and routing incoming mails.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School degree;
• 1+ years of relevant experience;
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
