Job Title: Human Resources Recruitment Administrator
Location: Azerbaijan, Onshore Base Office

A vacancy, available for Azerbaijani citizens, has arisen for a Human Resources Recruitment Administrator. The Human Resources Recruitment Administrator will be ensuring that the recruitment activities are carried out fairly and transparently in line with Company’s Human Resources standards, the Company Management System Procedures, Client specific requirements, where appropriate, and any applicable legislative requirements. Human Resources Recruitment Administrator will report to the Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Undertake recruitment tasks as requested by the Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator
• Post job advertisements on Company website, job websites and social media
• Participate in candidates sourcing process
• Conduct initial screening process
• Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews
• Maintain Job Interview Assessment forms
• Communicate the result of interviews to candidates
• Administer job offers and pre-employment logistic process
• Maintain an effective and accurate recruitment filling system
• Maintain accurate advertisement and interview tracking system
• Maintain strict security in respect of personal information, both on computer and in personal files

Key Skills/Qualifications:

• Recognized qualification related to the discipline
• 1-2 years proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Azerbaijani language (Russian is an advantage)
• Strong experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Impressive organizational, time-management and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and to work with minimal guidance
