Education: Higher education
Work Experience:3-5 years of experience in a similar position offshore within Oil and gas industry
Knowledge of Languages:English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent)
Other Skills/Certificates Required:
Knowledge of local HSE legislation and main important international standards on HSE
management system (e.g. ISO 14001 ISO 45001);
Definition, knowledge, understanding and application of HSE procedures and Project requirements for all project phases;
Able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization;
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
Good planning and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide necessary support to ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the safety Management
System;
Assist the Project engineering and management teams in the Risk Management process (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.);
Plan, define and supervise safety procedures at project and construction level;
Update and spread safety rules, both at the organizational and employees level;
Conduct internal safety audits;
Ensure that knowledge of authorization regulations and processes for the safety of plants and sites is updated and disseminated;
Participate in pre-construction survey, identify safety criticalities and design mitigation measures;
Take part in accident / incident investigation;
Participate in HSE Risk Management and Occupational Safety Risk Assessment;
Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior within his/her technical capabilities.
