Job Title: Planner (Scheduler)

Main responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to the following:

• Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern, which required action of the associate task member
• Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of work
• Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities
• Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
• Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to execute job orders
• Maintain updated at CMMS, Maintenance Orders information and status during the complete planning process
• Monitor the execution of defined plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion
• Performs schedule monitoring, including identifying critical activities and updating functions for specific applications, disciplines, or specialties.
• Assists in developing and implementing requirements for updating and monitoring the schedule.
• Inputs the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project
• Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required
• Organize planning according to demand and quality standards
• Prepares and develops study information as assigned. Evaluates quantities, job hours/staffing, and schedule logic for a specific discipline or specialty. Prepares schedule, staffing, and quantity progress and performance reports for assigned disciplines or specialties.
• Maintains and updates stationary & rotating equipment technical records, prepares technical reports, helps in generating data for inputs to budgets, improvement in maintenance methods/procedures, equipment replacement, etc.
• Keep paperwork organized
• Supervises training programs for new employees in his units.
• Undertake any other duties as required

Education/experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in relevant field and further education or equivalent certification is preferred
• Proven experience as planner
• Strategic planning and excellent knowledge of planning as well as quality control principles
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Azeri and English languages
