Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating shipment plans that ensure availability of materials and products.
  • Aligning shipment plan for frozen horizon
  • Uploading shipments in system (SAP APO)
  • Monitoring and controlling stock duration and meet production schedules.
  • Preparing and presenting in Supply Chain meetings 
  • Implementing new systems and processes to improve supply chain efficiency and cost savings.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to integrate supply chain management with companywide strategies.
  • Analyzing data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
  • Evaluating and reporting on KPIs.
  • Co-ordinating Logistics and cross-checking those documentations are in place.
  • Participating in key meetings

Requirements:

  • Analytical skills and a technical bachelor’s degree. 
  • Experience (1-3 years) in FMCG sector planning and supply chain department is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency with supply chain management software and tools (SAP)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Advanced level English,  Russian, Azerbaijani
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office  (Excel and PowerPoint)
