Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating shipment plans that ensure availability of materials and products.
- Aligning shipment plan for frozen horizon
- Uploading shipments in system (SAP APO)
- Monitoring and controlling stock duration and meet production schedules.
- Preparing and presenting in Supply Chain meetings
- Implementing new systems and processes to improve supply chain efficiency and cost savings.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to integrate supply chain management with companywide strategies.
- Analyzing data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
- Evaluating and reporting on KPIs.
- Co-ordinating Logistics and cross-checking those documentations are in place.
- Participating in key meetings
Requirements:
- Analytical skills and a technical bachelor’s degree.
- Experience (1-3 years) in FMCG sector planning and supply chain department is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency with supply chain management software and tools (SAP)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced level English, Russian, Azerbaijani
- Advanced level Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
