Tender Specialist Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analysis of Tender Documentation about requirements
• Ensuring tender documentation to be distributed across other relevant departments
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the full tender preparation both technical and commercial parts
• Monitoring and controlling of the bid process in order to ensure deadlines will meet by the other departments
• Contribution in cost and price calculations
• Meetings with Subcontractors and Suppliers
• Preparation of Procurement Schedules
• Coordination with all relevant tender required actions

Skills

• Experience in Construction ( MUST)
• At least 1-2 year experience as a Tender Specialist or in Pre Contract Management
• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
• Ability to follow verbal and or written instructions
• Ability to work under stress and handle stressful situations and meet deadlines
• Good report writing abilities
• Degree in business or any other field related to the position
• Practical experience in a similar position advantageous
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
• Well-developed negotiation skills
• Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous
• Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian
