Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Take day to day QHSE role to control company quality and hse systems.
• Development of the plans for maintaining the requirements of ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001:2105 and ISO 45001: 2018.
• Develop plan based on a review of the existing quality processes and external gap analysis.
• Coach and support site team on requirements of ISO9001 and preparation for audit.
• Provide Internal Audits as per approved annual audit plan.
• Manage customer feedbacks and address the corrective, preventive actions & Report to Top Management.
• Plan and arrange regular quality performance meetings with customers.
• Develop new policies, procedures and forms when required, review and update the existing ones.
• Review and ensure TRA/GRA are available for all operations.
• Participate in accident/incident investigation and prepare AIIR report.
• Generate monthly data analyses and provide tools for better measurement.
• Generate monthly performance report including HSE and quality statistics, internal audit reports and provide summery to MRM.
• Manage preparation of tender packages documents.
• Control the assurance of existing accreditations and obtaining new accreditations as required.
• Technical support in all Learning and Engineering quality and safety matters.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

• Proven track record in implementing IMS within small to medium sized companies is essential
• Experience in implementing IMS in an Engineering Environment is advantage.
• Pragmatic approach is required with ability to incorporate / adapt existing processes and procedures
• Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) is required
• University Degree in Engineering or Technical field.
