Job Title: Lifting Training Instructor
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Conduct trainings related to cranes, rigging, slinging and heavy equipment and provide feedback
• To plan and provide both classroom and on-site trainings
• Conduct field services including accident investigations, crane and rigging audits and inspection
• To assist in the development and editing of training materials, Power Point presentations, questions, as well as procedure documents and lifting plans.
• To advise and evaluate trainees based upon the lifting operations training program
• Communicate with Training Manager to determine training needs
• Support/Promote Company Safety Standards at all times
Required Experience:
• Training, Lifting, Inspection and testing experience
• Working knowledge within an engineering environment
• As a minimum 3 years delivering technical training, specifically rigging and lifting operations related
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the lifting operations or inspection
Skills, training or special knowledge:
• Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point
• Good command of reading and writing of English language
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and international standards
• University diploma in technical field or equivalent
• Certified by the recognised lifting engineering qualification or experience and training.
