Field Engineer Trainee/Field Operator

Ideal Candidate

Ideal candidate is a motivated and proactive O&G operator with solid technical background and knowledge of pumps, engines and other well maintenance equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven capability to work in a demanding operational environment;
• Ability to work and contribute in a team environment along with other international operators and technical personnel;
• Bachelor degree in engineering (preferable mechanic or mining); 
• Minimum 2 years of experience on a field, preferred O&G;
• Fluency in English;
• Driving license B;
• IWCF and BOSIET preferable;
• Ability to work abroad.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Drive equipment effectively;
• Provide technical advice and logistic support to Operations (Supervisor and Coordinator);
• Act in compliance with HSE requirements on the field;
• Able to execute direct maintenance to the equipment, if requested;
• Able to contribute to solve technical problems on field;
• Execute Operations in compliance with defined procedures and standards with good level of independence;
• Responsibility of the equipment assigned;
• Loading/Unloading of the equipment on a truck;
• Rig up/Rig down the equipment on the field;
• Able to coordinate other personnel occasionally, if requested.
