Office manager/HR administration

1. Update and managing of Personnel Software 'SMAPERS' for monthly attendance registration;
2. Update and managing of Equipment Software 'GESTATT' for all maintenance activities, operation cards, serial number database/registration etc etc;
3. Update and archive of the operations files as Equipment list, Shelf inventory,
Chemical Inventory, DPI inventory, Stationary Inventory, Maintenance Reports, CT String Job Logs, Job Reports etc etc;
4. Local Customers support;
5. Support Managements in Meeting Organization;
6. Office Focal Point for Head Office related to administrative issues (Ex. IT, Lines, Leasing...etc.etc...);
7. Logistics - Equipment Shipping Process Support;
8. Reporting Activity to Management;
9. Collect, screen and store CVs of potential employees.
10. Support the Branch Manager and HR Corporate Manager during the recruitment process (CV screening, assessment and interview scheduling, communication to candidates, etc.).
11. Is the interface between the Branch and external HR consultant for hiring purposes (collection of personal data, preparation of labour contract, preparation of job description, etc).
12. Manage the holiday request process. 
13. Support the Branch Manager to draft letters and communication, minutes of the meeting, etc.
14. Deliver official communication to the employees.
15. Organization of movement of local and foreign personnel (accommodation, transportation, flight tickets, meals and etc.)
16. Communication with field personnel, registrations of requests
17. Asnwer to calls, print, scan, post mail management

Required:

- Bachelor degree in law or economics, 2 years of experience in the role. IT literacy.
- Fluency in English, driving license B. Available to travel occasionally for Corporate meetings. Proactive approach, strong can-do attitude.
