Position:  Assistant Trade Marketing Manager
Location: Baku

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for development and implementation of Traditional Trade channel strategy in Baku and regions of Azerbaijan.
2. Negotiations with Sales team and Customers.
3. Ensure achieving sales volume and KPI targets on relevant territory
4. Implementation of company Marketing and Trade marketing activities.
5. Training and development of Field team
6. Work with cross-functional team to ensure an appropriate level of implementation of the company's solutions, meeting the expectations of customers and being in accordance with company strategies
7. Work with merchandisers team and Management in field with associates
8. Good knowledge of product launches, activations, promotional activities
9. Trade equipment ordering / controlling / Stock management
10. TM presentation skills (PPT)

Requirements:

• Fluent in Azeri and Russian languages, English elementary
• Higher education (Bachelor`s Degree) business and /or relevant field.
• Good knowledge of MS office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG trade marketing management, channel management.
• Driver's license (category B)
• Readiness for business trips
