Position:  Group Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creation and execution of all marketing and social media campaigns, and the related ROI measurements;
• Manage the development of a strategic account plan for the demand generators in the market;
• Collect and analyze market and competitive set intelligence (e.g., marketing programs/campaigns) to assist in the enhancement and development of current and future marketing strategy;
• Responsible for appropriate identification of key markets and supporting deployment and travel schedule strategies;
• Provide day to day leadership to sales associates to achieve sales objectives with overall responsibility for achieving the goals of the team;
• Coordinate with marketing operations and other site marketing programs on new initiatives to increase production in channels;
• Identify trends when production is not meeting budget expectations and implement solutions;
• Work in close contact with the hotel guest and consumers in sales and marketing situations that require strong communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor`s degree in Marketing or Hospitality;
• Knowledge of the operations of the hospitality industry;
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative leader who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when needed;
• Highly developed customer service skills with strong attention to details;
• Proficient computer skills including but not limited to MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook;
• Openness to adapt to different cultural contexts based on location;
• The ability to delegate, effectively train and coach;
