Position: HR Coordinator
Responsibilities
• Prepares the monthly reports.
• Distributes and follows up all related documents from the departments.
• Follows up all annual vacations/files the documents/produces periodical reports to concerned departments.
• Follows up all sick leaves, paid and unpaid leaves and prepares reports as per request/need.
• Conduct the commencement of new employees.
• Prepares all termination procedures and liaises with the Finance Department.
• Contributes to the preparation of monthly personnel activities report.
• Contributes to the organization of Personnel related activities as assigned.
• Takes the work and residence permits for the foreign staff.
• Contributes to the organization of all social activities for staff.
• Suggests staff motivation programs.
Required skills/experience
• 1-3 year HR experience in Hospitality
• Should have supervisory skills
• Good communication skills, must be analytical, proactive and flexible.
• Good knowledge of labor code and employment-related laws
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite
• Good command in Azerbaijani and English languages
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
