Account Manager

Account Manager acts as a link between the client and the agency. The main responsibility is for the project management of the clients’ campaigns and deal with the day-to-day work, ensuring it is produced on time. Puts proposals together and set up meetings to present the brief. Works closely with the clients throughout campaigns ensuring in getting clear feedback on all agency proposals, in line with the project timing. Coordinates all project activities with the agency creative, production and digital teams.

Responsibilities:

• Performs various client related functions, i.e. attends client meetings and prepares contact reports, handles client requests, interfaces with client to manage day-to-day business, etc.
• Establishing the link between the client and agency ensuring that communication flows effectively;
• Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks;
• Gaining, maintaining familiarity with and keeping up with changes in the nature of clients’ products, business culture and competition;
• Performs various media related functions, i. e. meets with media agency, sponsorship agency, B2B agency etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• University degree with in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant area.
• 2 years’ experience in Advertising and Marketing
• Marketing knowledge required.
• Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Fluent Russian and English
