3D Motion Designer

Reponsibilities

• Be a skilled user of design software: Any of 3D software (Autodesk 3DS max, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender or Zbrush); Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects;
• 2D & 3D Graphic renderings and visualisations of event environments;
• Create animations using 2D assets, 3D assets and video footage;
• Impeccable taste and design sense;
• Mindful of client’s needs and the time and costs associated with what you will be delivering;
• Conceptualize, design and create compelling cutting edge motion graphics for a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, digital, etc.) and audiences;
• Build storyboards to communicate animations and visual intention to be reviewed by Creative Director, Art Directors and clients;
• Create graphic design assets including (but not limited to): typography, vector illustrations and composite photographs;
• Work on multiple briefs at the same time. Be creative, adaptable to trends and conceptualise original ideas;
• Good communication skills to accurately convey your concepts to clients and team members;
• Working and collaborating with art directors, copywriters, photographers and other designers;
• Bringing the brief and concept to life based on the client’s needs and vision;
• Adhering to a client’s brand identity and guidelines;
• Have a strong, well-rounded PORTFOLIO that showcases your individual design aesthetic.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ work experience in Design and Advertisement
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages (English language is a plus)
• Detail oriented
• Stress tolerance
• Professionalism in Design and Advertisement
