Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
2. Receiving/sending and sorting daily letters/mail;
3. Greeting and welcoming guests at the door;
4. Scanning/copying documents for staff;
5. Arranging daily taxi orders and making a daily log of taxi orders;
7. Archiving folders;
8. Other administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

- Proven work experience as Receptionist, Front Office;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Hands-on experience with office equipment;
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Customer service attitude;
- University degree;
