Responsibilities:
- Assisting and supporting the project coordinators;
- Contacting with beneficiaries;
- Preparing reports (Excel, Word files, etc.) to update coordinators on the given tasks progress;
- Ensuring deadlines are met and providing administrative support;
- Managing meeting-related administrative tasks;
- Assisting in project data collection, updates and reporting;
- Ability to multi-task
- Assisting the Project Management team in the preparation of Project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of business and economic principles;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English and Azerbaijani. Russian is a bonus
Schedule of work: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
