Product Owner
Required experience:
• Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 2+ years;
• Participation in the product development process 5+ years;
• People management of teams of 5+ for 2+ years
• Strong knowledge of the technical architecture of the complex web and mobile applications;
• Understanding marketing analysis of competitive products on the market;
• A solid understanding of the product and software development lifecycle;
• Successful experience in hypotheses, experiments, analytics;
• Experience in analyzing business and systems, managing stakeholders, prioritizing significant backlog inflows;
• The ability to see the big picture and pass it on to team members in a clear manner;
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban), including modeling experience using task / storyboards;
• Experience in managing & optimizing business processes, modeling and documentation;
• Qualification analysis of the product, flexible qualification requirements;
• Experience in managing a product portfolio, project map, event planning, and setting priorities;
• Task management (sprint planning, task distribution, change request tasks);
• Leading product development teams;
• Creative thinker with a vision & attention to details.
• Business Acumen
Bonus Points:
• Experience working on products with greater than 10,000 (DAU) users;
• Experience in designing UX/UI and A/B testing;
• Knowledge of prototyping tools and mockups creation;
• Experience in IT consulting related to further development of existing products;
• Developer background (PHP / JS web development or other web technologies);
• Experience with Product tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Power BI;
• Experience in creating courses and training of teams in the direction of Agile and UX/UI.
