Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding in alignment with Digerati’s talent strategy; 
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies; 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs to support the company's goals; 
  • Manage the administration of the company's bonus and incentive programs; 
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and reporting requirements. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role; 
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, and practices; 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels; 
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion; 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; 
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration; 
  • Advanced English language skills.
