Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding in alignment with Digerati’s talent strategy;
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies;
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs to support the company's goals;
- Manage the administration of the company's bonus and incentive programs;
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role;
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, and practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels;
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration;
- Advanced English language skills.
