Position : Retail Salesperson

Who we are :

BAKUPAN is a new dynamic  Baku based construction materials manufacturer and trading company.  We specialize in products such as roofing solutions, sandwich panels, aluminium ceilings and etc. 

Job Responsibilities:

- Greeting and directing customers.
- Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
- Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services.

Job duties:

● Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
● Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
● Advises customers by providing information on products.
● Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
● Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
● Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
● Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Only Female candidates with a presentable appearance. (Attractive superstars)
● Age - up to 35 years old
● Qualifications required: College or Graduation Degree.
● Minimum Experience Required: 3 Years, in construction materials trading is a preference.
● Listening, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication, Job Knowledge.

Languages:

● The candidate should be fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian. English is a preference.
