Position : Factory Manager
Who we are :
BAKUPAN is a new dynamic Baku based construction materials manufacturer and trading company. We specialize in products such as roofing solutions, sandwich panels, aluminium ceilings and etc.
Job Responsibilities:
To be involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. To make sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
Job duties:
● planning and organising production schedules
● assessing project and resource requirements
● ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
● determining quality control standards
● overseeing production processes
● re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
● organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
● liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
● supervising the work of junior staff
● organising relevant training sessions
Skills and Qualifications:
● Qualifications required: A Graduation Degree in Engineering.( mechanical engineering is a preference).
● Experienced candidates in Manufacture.
● Age: from 45 to 65 years old.
● planning and organisation skills to be able run and monitor the production process
● the ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems
● the capacity to grasp concepts easily
● ICT literacy to deal with various technologies and programmes
● attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality
● the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers and clients
● strong negotiation skills for getting materials within budget at the right time
● the ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet deadlines
● the ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
Languages:
The candidate should be fluent in Azerbaijani. Good understanding and speaking in English and Russian.
