Job Title   Process Designer

BRIEF STATEMENT OF DUTIES     

 To provide technical support to process teams on projects within the Process Engineering.
 Workload is mostly direct CAD draughting work of PFDs, P&IDs, and other process documentation.
 Experience with SmartPlant P&ID would be advantageous.
 To provide technical support to the other CAD teams as necessary.

Under general supervision, independently applies advanced engineering techniques, makes decisions on engineering problems and methods. Provides technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers and is consulted by associates and others with a high degree of reliance placed on scientific interpretations and advice. Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 7 years related experience.

Required Skills:

 Communications
 Computer Literacy
 Experience with SmartPlant P&ID software for CAD work.
 Experience with databases
 Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Designer in the offshore Oil & Gas industry
 Degree qualified
 Ability to supervise junior engineers and designers
 Shall have the right to work in Azerbaijan
