Work Location: Baku
Reports To: Quality Manager
Purpose of Position: Support Quality Manager with the implementation of QA programmes, procedures and initiatives.
Key accountabilities:
Ability to work independently and in the team to:
- Contribute to preparation of Project Quality Plan;
- Investigate and track Non-Conformance Reports;
- Conduct internal audits as per the Project Audit Schedule;
- Discipline Roster oversight and Competency Assessment;
- Assurance of Quality Management System documentation;
- Reporting on KPI's (Inputs / Outputs);
- Reveal, record, communicate Lessons Learned throughout the Project;
- Incorporate LL revealed from the previous projects;
- Communication internally with Engineering disciplines and externally with Client reps and Suppliers;
- Coordinate review, approval and tracking of Supplier Deviation & Concession Requests;
- Reporting of Supplier Deviation & Concession Requests statistics;
- Assist with processing of Inspection reports and Release Notes when requested by QC Engineers;
- Input of Inspection data to SQS database;
- Work with IPMS or other electronic systems as required;
- Weekly / Monthly Reporting;
- General QA/QC administration activities;
- Any other duties assigned by the Quality Manager.
Experience, Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- +5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance
- A recognised university degree.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent.
- Knowledge at advance user level of MS Office, SharePoint.
- Languages: English, Azerbaijani and Russian.
