Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate across the project/contract/procurement interfaces
Contribute to 3d modelling and represent I&C team in Stage 2&3 model review sessions
Development and review of design deliverables such as Block Diagrams / Loop Diagrams / Termination Diagrams / Layout Diagrams / Cable Schedules / Hook-Up Diagrams / Material Take-off etc.
Provides technical guidance to less experienced designers
Understand operating principle of the Field Instrumentation such as: Control valves / Shutdown Valves / Pressure Safety Valves / Flowmeters / Pressure / Transmitters / Temperature Transmitters / Level Transmitters / Switches / F&G Detectors
Participate in Interdiscipline meetings and act as an initiator to resolve I&C related issues where multi-discipline interfaces are required
Provide I&C discipline inputs to scope definitions and MDR preparation
Plans, schedules, and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria
Skills and Experience:
Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 4 years related experience, with average experience ranging from 6-10 years.
