Position: Administrative assistant (female)

Job description:

- Administering HR files, contracts and other required documents
- Coordination of travel schedules of project managers
- Preparing formal letters in English and Azerbaijani languages
- To keep track of office equipment and order whatever needed periodically
- Administrative duties such as organizing meetings and conferences

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree required
- Advanced English and Azerbaijan languages, Russian is an advantage
- Only female candidates are required

Professional Skills and Experience:

- Work experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Result oriented, responsible, disciplined, able to meet deadlines
- Concrete, punctual, executive

Salary: 500 AZN

Working schedule:

- Monday: Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 17:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 10.00 a.m. – 16.00 p.m.
