B2B director
Responsibility:
• Create annual B2B operating plans that supports strategic direction set by the company
• Control over budget and P&L in the business unit
• Develop and monitor strategies for ensuring long-term financial viability and sustainability of the organization
• Lead account management and sales towards Large customer segments (Key & Mid, Public) as well as SME/SoHo
• Lifecycle management of products and offerings and solutions towards B2B customers
• Create actionable customer, market and business insights to secure high-quality plans and decisions
• Deploy key metrics to track process improvement through the key processes sell, deliver, service & support, bill
• Ensure strong proactive focus on Customer requirements and needs.
• Establish a Customer focused culture among the employees
• Provide monthly and quarterly financial and unit updates.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
University degree preferrably in business, finance, economics or technology
Experience
- Industry experience in IT/Telecom is preferrable
- Min 10 years of experience in Corporate Sales and/or Marketing senior management roles
Knowledge and Skills
• Wide network of contacts in corporate sector
• Ability to develop and maintain corporate customer relationships at all levels
• Ability to translate customer issues & needs into profitable business solutions
• Product & Portfolio Management experience
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
