CRM Analyst
Key responsibilities are:
• Development of analytical and statistical models to deliver customer insights
• Customer base segmentation
• Maximize customer value
• Develop business cases for new offers
• Optimization of existing CRM activities
• Monitoring of KPIs and assessment of CRM programs
• Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on monthly basis
Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:
• Education & certifications Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Applied Math, Cybernetics, Quantitative social sciences or related field;
o Experience in business analytics
o Proficiency with metrics and analytics
o Intellectual curiosity for working with very large sets of data
• Knowledge of statistical concepts
• Knowledge of the applications for Data Mining and Analysis (ex. SAS, SPSS, STATA;
o Programs and software Standard MS
o Language skills – Azeri/English/Russian - Fluent
